.........................................................................................I began to work on losing weight when I was 16 year old. In form 3, I weighed 110kg. Friends made fun of that, and I became determined to lose weight. So, starting from2011 until 2013 I was a member of the aerobic and zumba. And i already have the certificate of an instructor. After getting used with aerobic and zumba, I tried something new which was GYM & BAR-STEEL, in 2014. I will never stopped joining in Gym and Fitness activities.
